Master Chefs at the Braidholm 7s

We are delighted to announce that once again, chef Dean Burns fomerly of the Ubiquitous Chip along with colleague Gary Ferguson will be serving up a fantastic 3 course lunch at the Braidholm 7s on Saturday May 21st. At only £30 per head which includes wine and your entry to this years Braidholm 7s, it's a deal not to be missed.

Goats Cheese, Chilli pear and Black pudding Salad

Roast Silverside with Crushed New Potatoes and Seasonal Greens

Rhubarb and Ginger Crumble
